Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Ability to effectively communicate with clients; with an emphasis on listening to their concerns / needs; Knowledge of basic personal care services and companionship services; Ability to handle basic household functions such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry; Exceedingly compassionate and sensitive to the client's needs; Ability to be a team player; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately; Possess a positive and upbeat communication style; Ability to drive and have access to a dependable vehicle at all times; Have internet access and a valid email address at all times; Ability to read and write neatly, concisely, and in English. Education
High school diploma or equivalent in experience.
Experience
One to two years in health care - home care, assisted living facility,nursing home facility, with an understanding of the in-home healthcare systems, is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
